Crop PDF page areas visually

WorkCal Crop PDF lets you visually select the page area you want to keep, which is useful for scanned edges, oversized page boundaries and unwanted outer areas.

The tool changes the PDF CropBox instead of rebuilding pages as images, helping preserve normal text, vector and image quality. The same relative crop rectangle can be applied to every page.

Cropping hides the outer page area but does not guarantee that hidden content is removed from the PDF file. Use Redact PDF for sensitive information, or Remove PDF Margins to auto-trim white borders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I crop a PDF by dragging on the page?

Yes. Draw the rectangle you want to keep directly on the preview.

Can the same crop be applied to every page?

Yes. Choose All pages to apply the same relative rectangle throughout the PDF.

Does cropping reduce PDF quality?

The tool changes the page crop area without rasterizing the document, so normal content quality is preserved.

Does cropping permanently delete hidden content?

No. Content outside the crop can remain in the PDF. Use a redaction tool when content must be permanently removed.
